| Board of Governors |
| |
|
|
The NAB is governed by the board of governors. The board of governors consists of one (1) delegate from each member board or agency. The representative may cast one vote on all matters on the basis of one vote per State, Commonwealth, Territories and the District of Columbia.
Only designated delegates from each regular member are eligible to serve on the board of governors. The delegate continues to serve until a successor is appointed.
The board of governors has supervision, direction, and control of the affairs of the association. It may appoint such agents, as it may consider necessary to assist in the execution of the powers granted.
