CE Registry for State Boards
How do we search for an administrator's CE records?
State licensing boards are only able to access a CE Registry of individuals who have indicated that they hold a license in that state.
After you have activated your NAB account, please log in at http://www.nabweb.org/manage-my-account. Once logged in, please click the link for “State Board CE Reviewers/ HSE Transfers.”
You will be taken to the Board Review Queue page at nab.learningbuilder.com.
From here you can search for an individual by first &/ or last name, state license number, or NAB ID. Changing the drop down box next to Application/ Registry to CE Registry will only return CE Registry results.
1. To search by name:
Please enter their first, last, or a combination of both into the Name field and change the Status to All, then click the Search button.
2. To search by State License Number:
Please enter a person’s state license number into the NAB ID field and change the Status to All, then click the Search button.
Indiviudals have entered their state license number themselves. Please be aware that there may be errors or additional characters like NHA or the state abbreviation.
Our system adds the state abbreviation to the license number, but a search can still be performed without it. The format of the state license listed under the NAB ID field will be state abbreviation-1234 (example NJ-1234). You can search with or without the state abbreviation.
3. To searach by NAB ID:
Please enter a LTC administrator’s NAB ID into the NAB ID field and change the Status to All, then click the Search button. An indivdual will not receive a NAB ID until they create a NAB CE Registry.
If the Application/ Registry field was not changed to CE Registry, the results retuned will include CE Registries and HSE applications. Please look for the listing with CE Registry in the Application/ Registry field of the list.
Once the results are returned, click on the View button next to the person’s name you wish to review. You will be taken to the individual’s CE Registry and can see all of the CEs they have completed.
How do we run a CE report for an individual administrator in our state?
State boards can run a report for an individual listing all the CEs they have completed.
From the Board Review Queue page at nab.learningbuilder.com, click on Board Review below the NAB logo and select Reports.
Next, please click on Completed Programs By Licensing Board.
Please add the completion dates for the time frame you would like the report to cover.
In the second row, first column, click the dropdown arrow and select “LAST_NAME.”
In the second row, second column, click the dropdown arrow and select “Equals.”
In the second row, third column, enter the person’s last name, then click the orange Filter button, to narrow down the results to a particular person.
The results will be listed by administrators’ name, followed by any CEs they have earned within the time frame specified.
How do we export a report to Excel, PDF, or Word?
The results of a CE report can be exported to PDF, Excel, or Word by clicking the appropriate buttons under View Report at the top of the page.
