The NAB Foundation is excited to be able to offer funding support for leaders to attend the 2024 NELS Summit. Additionally, NAB is accepting applications on behalf of the John Herbert Hogan Fund for an individual(s) to fund one or more leader(s) to attend the 2024 NELS Summit. Co-Sponsor of the National Emerging Leadership Summit (NELS)

2019 marked the 10^th anniversary of NELS. NELS is designed to bring together 25-35 administrators in the first 5 years of their careers to inspire them to get involved in leadership roles at the state and national level through involvement in their professional and trade associations, advocacy efforts and to share their early experiences and challenges upon entry into the profession. Attendees participate in and meet with legislators, policy makers and professional and trade association leaders at the national level to inspire them to get engage in shaping the future of the industry and profession. The Foundation has also awarded travel grants to participants in need of funding.
